Well, I'm ecstatic. What a beautiful font. After seeing this, I was finally inspired to find out why BitchX wouldn't display ANSI art correctly. Turns out I needed a code 437 emulator! It's a bit sad that many of the ETSI EN 300 706 V1.2.1 graphics characters (1, section 15.7.2) are not available in Unicode. 我发现画线字符在不同字体里太不一致，于是直接在终端模拟器的渲染代码里实现了它们。比如看到框线符号时，我完全绕过字体，自己画线，确保结果与其他单元格对齐，并保证与相邻单元格相接、没有字体排版引擎造成的缝隙。这样做之后效果好得惊人。这个字体也让我想起许多其他有用符号，不止普通框线集。

I found line-drawing characters to be so inconsistent in fonts that I implemented them directly in my terminal emulator’s rendering code. For example, when I see a box-drawing symbol, I bypass the font completely and draw lines myself so that the result is guaranteed to align consistently with other cells and guaranteed to touch adjacent cells without any gaps from font layout engines. It’s amazing how much nicer it can be when you do this. This font does remind me of a lot of other useful symbols though, beyond normal box-drawing sets.
